Prince Hans Theory

Also I know I didn't cover the fact that Hans has red hair and pale skin, but I do want to mention a little thing called recessive genes. Just because you don't see either Rapunzel or Eugene with red hair or pale skin doesn't mean they don't have those genes somewhere in their bloodline. I mean, I know someone and neither of their parents have blue eyes (they have green and hazel eyes) yet this person has bright blue eyes. It's because her grandmother had blue eyes and she picked up on that gene. Who's to say it isn't possible?
